Director General of Mobile TeleSystems, JLLC

Vladimir KOZYR was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Mobile TeleSystems Company on 17 April 2024.

Vladimir KOZYR has extensive experience, high qualifications and skills that allow him to successfully implement strategic missions and projects. He has worked in the field of economics and communications for a long time. Prior to joining MTS, he held senior positions in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Belarus.

Vladimir KOZYR was born in 1970 in the village of Savichi, Kalinkovichi district, Gomel region. He graduated from St. Petersburg Mechanical Institute (Russia) in 1993 and the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2019.

Mikhail PONOMAREV

Mikhail PONOMAREV started his career at MTS in 2012 as a lead economist at Mobile TeleSystems, JSC.Since 2014, he has been employed with MGTS as a lead specialist, project manager, head of Development and Integration Department, Investment Department, Technology Controlling Department, Commercial Controlling Department and Project Controlling Department. Since July 2021 - Chief Financial Officer at GreenBush DC (MTS).

Mikhail PONOMAREV was born in 1983 in Novgorod, Russian Federation. In 2006 he graduated from The Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University (Major: Banking and Finance), in 2006 - 2010 - postgraduate study. By the decision of the Dissertation Council of the University in 2010 he was awarded a PhD degree in Economic Sciences.

Vitaly ODORSKY was born on December 28, 1980 in Minsk. In 2003, he graduated from the Faculty of Marketing at Belarusian State Economic University with a degree in Supply and Sales Management. Prior to joining MTS, he worked in automobile companies in executive positions.

In 2011, Vitaly ODORSKY launched his career at Mobile TeleSystems, JLLC: he has risen through the ranks from the head of Voice Services at Marketing Department (2011) to the head of Tariff and CRM Division (2017) of Marketing Department.

In August 2019, Vitaly ODORSKY was appointed to the management of Marketing Department.

Nikolay BULASH graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Law of the A.M. Shirokov Institute of Modern Knowledge (Major: Jurisprudence) in 2002.

In 2003 he was employed with MTS as a customer relations specialist, later became a lead specialist, and in 2006 – as Head of Sales and Service Department of the MTS telecommunications store at 6, pr. Nezavisimosti, Minsk.

In 2007 Nikolay BULASH was appointed to the position of Head of Subscriber Services Department, in 2010 he was transferred to the position of Head of Office Sales and Service Department.

In 2012 he left MTS Belarus to take up the position of Director of Sales and Subscriber Services Department of MTS Turkmenistan.

Nikolay BULASH has been Head of Commercial Department since September 2017.

Aleksey TYAZHKIKH has been at the head of Technical Department of the Mobile TeleSystems, JLLC since June 2014.

In 2011-2014 he was employed with Mobile TeleSystems, JLLC as Deputy Director General for technical matters.

Aleksey TYAZHKIKH entered on his career in the company in 2003 as a telecommunications engineer, later he was transferred to the position of Head of Frequency Planning and Network Optimization Department.

In 2009 Aleksey TYAZHKIKH was acknowledged as the best manager among the MTS-Belarus top management.

Alexey TYAZHKIKH was born in 1979. He graduated with honors degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

Aleksey PRIMAKOV has been employed with Mobile TeleSystems, JLLC since July 2005.

Aleksey PRIMAKOV began his career in the company as a lead systems engineer. He continued his work in telecommunications as Head of Support Unit for User Workplaces, then as Head of Technical Administration Department.

In January 2012 he was appointed as Head of Information Technology Directorate.

Aleksey PRIMAKOV has held the position of the Head of IT Department since June 2014.

Aleksey PRIMAKOV was born on August 20, 1972 in Minsk. He graduated from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (Computer Engineering Faculty).
